英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)面試
中職學(xué)校的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)，是學(xué)生通過(guò)兩年的學(xué)習(xí)，較熟練地掌握適應(yīng)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的專(zhuān)業(yè)技能。職校生在初中時(shí)的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)都是應(yīng)試導(dǎo)向的，加上日常加上日常生活學(xué)習(xí)中缺乏必要的英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)說(shuō)練習(xí)環(huán)境，導(dǎo)致不少學(xué)生在聽(tīng)和說(shuō)方面比較薄弱；再加上學(xué)生在中職學(xué)校的學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)間短，因此要想在其畢業(yè)前實(shí)現(xiàn)培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)，存在較大難度。筆者在學(xué)習(xí)各地先進(jìn)的教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合自己的教學(xué)實(shí)踐，對(duì)中職生求職面試英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)采用“速成教學(xué)四步法”，取得了較好的效果。
一、第一步：掌握求職面試必備詞
在求職中，必須掌握一些常用面試英語(yǔ)。而在面試中，自我介紹又是至關(guān)重要的一環(huán)，所以掌握自我介紹的常用詞是重中之重。
個(gè)人性格。如：capable有能力的，enthustic有熱情的，strength優(yōu)點(diǎn)等。
個(gè)人情況。如：assisistant 助理的、輔助的，manager 經(jīng)理，singie 單身的等。
其他。如：apartment公寓房間，chat談天、閑談，certificate證書(shū)等。
二、第二步：記牢求職面試慣用句
I'm Betty， I've come for an interview as reguested.
I was born on May sth，1984.
I'm 25 years old now.
My hometown is shang hai.
My telephone number is 89788960.
I'm single.
三、第三步：模擬求職面試真實(shí)場(chǎng)景對(duì)話
1.應(yīng)約面試
Applicant： Good morning，sir.
Interviewer：Good morning， sit down， Please. Your name， please.
Applicant： I'm Betty， I've come for an interview as reguested.
Interviewer：Oh， yes！ I'm Peter， the assistant manager of BBD interntional Trade Co，Ltd.
Applicant： I'm very pleased to meet you！
2.自我介紹
A：Good morning！ First， can you tell me a little about yourself？
B：Good morning！ My name is Li Hua.
A：OK！ Mr. Li，when were you born？
B：I was born on Maysth，1984，I'm 25 years old now.
A：Where do you live now？
B：I'm living at Room 234. Building 12，Qijia Apartment.
A：Where is your hometown？
B：My hometown is ShangHai.
3.個(gè)人情況介紹
Interviewer： Tell me a little bit about yourself？
David： My name is David and I live in ShangHai. I was born in 1980， My major was eieetrieal engineering.
Interviewer： What kind of personality do you think you have？
David：Well， I approach things very enthusiastically， I think and I don't like to leave tkings half-done， I'm very organized and extremely capable.
Interviewer： What would you say are your weaknesses and strengths？
David： I'm afraid I'm a poor speaker， However I'm fully aware of this， So I've been studying， how to speak in public， I suppose my strengths are that I'm persistent and a fast-learner.
Interviewer： Do you have any licenses or certificates？
David：I have a driver's license，and I am a CPA.
Interviewer： How do you relate to others？
David： I'm very co-operative and have good teamwork spirit.
四、第四步：熟練掌握不同場(chǎng)合自我介紹的常用句式
在正式場(chǎng)合做自我介紹時(shí)，為了表示尊重，通常都是連名帶姓將自己的全名直接說(shuō)出來(lái)。如果是在面試或工作場(chǎng)合做自我介紹，通常會(huì)在姓氏前加上職務(wù)名稱或報(bào)上全名。
