  我們先來(lái)了解大家都比較忌諱回答的離職原因有哪些:

  1、因?yàn)槟銈児旧纤镜膯?wèn)題導(dǎo)致你離職的,不同的公司上司千千萬(wàn)萬(wàn)種,我們應(yīng)該以一顆包容的心去對(duì)待以前的`領(lǐng)導(dǎo),離職后挑上司的毛病是你個(gè)人修養(yǎng)的問(wèn)題,這也從另一方面說(shuō)明了你缺乏工作上的適應(yīng)性,在面試的時(shí)候盡量不要訴說(shuō)前上司的毛病過(guò)分的抱怨以前的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者。

  2、因?yàn)楣驹谛劫Y分配上的不公平導(dǎo)致你離職,一般的公司薪資都是按照績(jī)效來(lái)評(píng)定的,筆者覺(jué)得在模具設(shè)計(jì)行業(yè)的公司大部分都采用這套標(biāo)準(zhǔn),如果你能力足夠的強(qiáng),為公司創(chuàng)造了很好的效益,老板自然看在眼里,在參加新面試時(shí)抱怨前公司的薪資處理問(wèn)題往往會(huì)讓人認(rèn)為你找新工作只是為了要高薪,給hr一種不踏實(shí)的感覺(jué),說(shuō)不定哪一天你又跳槽了。

  3、因?yàn)楣救穗H關(guān)系的問(wèn)題導(dǎo)致你的離職,職場(chǎng)上的人際關(guān)系有人處理得十分棘手,而有的人卻十分的如魚(yú)得水,我們應(yīng)該學(xué)習(xí)的是后者,人際關(guān)系你處理或者不處理它就在哪里,處理得好了能給你意想不到的幫助,跟現(xiàn)在的面試官坦露你不擅長(zhǎng)處理只會(huì)表現(xiàn)出你不愿意解決困境的心理。

  究竟如何回答,HR才會(huì)比較滿意?

  一、正面回答。直接回答原因而不是各種繞和回避,太過(guò)隱晦的回答反而會(huì)讓面試官認(rèn)為其中有不好的負(fù)面原因,還會(huì)以此判斷你的性格和風(fēng)格做出不利于你的判斷。

  二、原因要真實(shí)。你的回答可以不是真實(shí)的全部,但一定要真實(shí),因?yàn)橹挥姓鎸?shí)的你才會(huì)回答的比較坦然,也只有真實(shí)的才是符合邏輯的才能經(jīng)得起背景調(diào)查。

  三、原因不要過(guò)多。因?yàn)槊嬖嚂r(shí)間的限制,過(guò)多的原因的羅列可能會(huì)暴露各原因間的沖突,給HR造成你思維混亂的印象。

  四、原因主次分明。類(lèi)似于上面提到的對(duì)于避諱的辭職原因的解釋?zhuān)?ldquo;主要是因?yàn)槁殬I(yè)發(fā)展與預(yù)期有了偏頗,其次合同剛好到期。”主次分明的原因讓HR感覺(jué)你思路清晰,邏輯性強(qiáng)。

  五、希望與失望的剛好結(jié)合。失望時(shí)因?yàn)榍肮静荒軡M足你的需求而新公司剛好可以彌補(bǔ)你的失望。這樣既講述了真實(shí)的離職原因,又能表達(dá)對(duì)新平臺(tái)的渴望和贊美,面試官會(huì)比較希望有這樣的表述。當(dāng)然,做到這點(diǎn)一定是要在面試前有所準(zhǔn)備,對(duì)面試的公司進(jìn)行了解。

  六、要三個(gè)匹配相結(jié)合。第一是與職業(yè)發(fā)展相匹配,剛畢業(yè)時(shí)可以表達(dá)自己正處于學(xué)習(xí)期,渴望一個(gè)成熟的令自身發(fā)展的平臺(tái),但如果是表達(dá)了自己才高八斗,想找一個(gè)識(shí)貨的老板,HR反而會(huì)覺(jué)得你太嫩,不懂事。第二是與職業(yè)身份相匹配,即基層、中層、高層的回答均要符合職位身份。第三是與行業(yè)特點(diǎn)相匹配,比如自己不認(rèn)同行業(yè)潛規(guī)則,行業(yè)衰退,想提前換個(gè)新領(lǐng)域等。
