表述工作效益
求職者曾經(jīng)在哪一家企業(yè)就職過(guò),他又為這一企業(yè)帶來(lái)了怎樣的效益,求職者都可將其當(dāng)做一種優(yōu)勢(shì)來(lái)表述。如求職者在一工作崗位中工作數(shù)年,繼而將這一企業(yè)的銷(xiāo)售額從百分之十提高至百分之二十。求職者在這里并沒(méi)有運(yùn)用多么夸張的話語(yǔ)對(duì)其標(biāo)繪,也沒(méi)有華麗的語(yǔ)言以及震撼性的詞匯,但招聘方卻可從中了解到求職者具備的工作能力。
