　　Today,I would like to share a local news with 's about a 17-year-old young man who lost his left hand when making a bomb inside his flat in Tin Shui bomb exploded unexpectedly while he was holding tually,the teenager was sent to hospital for treatment,and the resisdents of the same building were this accident,I think the teenager should bear the greatest only,we are all keenly aware of the danger of a seems incredible that he carried out such dangerous task rtheless,we should keep thinking about yourself,about the people around you,about everything surrounding we are not living along in the world,we are connected to each if you do a little thing,it would bring a big trouble to the I think the teenager should apologize to the resisdents for startling the last,I hope he can learn from suffering serious injuries,and I also hope we will have a lesson in such unfortunate incident.

　　dongying，my home，is located in the vast delta plains of the majestic yellow river. there are reeds undulating on the golden beach and varies birds soaring over the wetlands. dongying is a city of oil as well as ecology. the roaring from the running drillings and the sweat on the faces of oil workers witnessed the development of this land.

　　As an out-and-out child of dongying，i have lived here for 20 years. i didn’t experience the full glorious history of the land，but the customs and the spirits have branded in my heart. i could not erase them, for i am a daughter of an oil worker.

　　The sincere and hard-working people here taught me what is perseverance; our mother river and the magnificent bohai sea show me catholicity; the elegant swans and the azure sky give us the best instance for harmony between human beings and the environment. actually，all of them are the fortune for my whole life.

　　it is not difficult for us to find immense differences happened in dongying, especially after the reforming and opening-up. when i was a volunteer of the china-dongying international petroleum equipment & technology exhibition in XX，what shocked me is the rapid growth of this land. with the increasing development of social modernization，we aim not only at efficiently improving people’s life，but in the success of constructing an affluent society and thoroughly applying the scientific outlook on development in recent decades. in order to achieve these goals，it will be our responsibilities to make contributions. as a student at college，the greatest contribution i can do is to keep the determination，endeavor to study scientific knowledge and keep the sense of historical responsibility. in this way，i believe，the future of dongying will be better.

　　在我心中，有許許多多的、多姿多彩的中國夢。這些夢，曾經(jīng)讓我心潮澎湃，曾經(jīng)讓我熱血沸騰，曾經(jīng)讓我心馳神往。無時無刻，我都在為國家美好的未來憧憬著。但是，我清楚地認識到，讓國家強盛的重要角色，就是我們---那好似噴薄的朝陽的莘莘學子---正是我們的強弱，決定著祖國的未來。正所謂梁啟超說的“少年強則國強”，確實不錯。殊不知，在廣大學子背后，還有一位重要角色，那，就是像蠟燭一樣，燃燒自己，照亮別人，默默奉獻的老師們。在一定程度上，好老師決定好學生。所以，師資力量和教育質(zhì)量也同樣重要。作為一名學生，我多么希望有一個好老師��！那么，我心目中的好老師是什么樣子的呢？

　　首先，一名好老師應該擁有淵博的知識,更重要的是將課講活﹑講精、講好。一名語文老師，應該詩詞歷史，寫作閱讀，無所不通，無所不知。一名數(shù)學老師，應該將奧數(shù)幾何，各種運算，運用自如。一名英語老師，應該說一口純正英語，與外國人輕松交談�，F(xiàn)在的許多老師講課都有些枯燥古板，甚至學生會因為老師的嚴厲呆板而失去了一個孩子應有的活潑與想象力，也變得呆板起來，或失去學習的興趣。那么，一個好老師就應該和學生之間拉近距離，平易近人，成為學生的良師益友：在課堂上激情澎湃、充滿感情﹑身臨其境地

　　給學生講課：激動時手舞足蹈,感動時淚流滿面；好笑時忍俊不禁,感慨時長篇大論；和學生一起在課文的浪起浪落中隨波遨游,品味課文的苦辣酸甜,感受文章的真諦與樂趣將課講活﹑講精、講好；盡量和學生互動學習，讓學生帶有感情地上課，身臨其境地去學習，在學中玩，玩中學；當學生對上課產(chǎn)生興趣時，往往能產(chǎn)生事半功倍的效果。而這，就是一個好老師應該做到的第一點。

　　一個好老師不僅要擁有淵博的知識,將課講活﹑講精、講好，還要有高尚的師德。的確，一個老師的師德將會影響一個學生的思想。一位好老師，就應該抓住生活課文中的一點一滴的小事，借機把好的思想傳輸給學生，將會使學生終生受益。當看見受傷的小動物時，就應該教育學生：要愛護動物；當看到有人破壞花草樹木時,就應該教育學生:要愛戶花草樹木；當看到有人亂扔垃圾時,應當教育學生；要保護我們賴以生存的地球的環(huán)境。在學課文的時候,譬如講到《自己的花是讓別人看的》一課時,應不失時機地教育學子：要學會“人人為我,我為人人”的品質(zhì)；講到《金錢的魔力》一文,老師又應及時地告誡學生:千萬不要像托德與老板那樣有著見錢眼開的丑態(tài),不要為金錢所動……當然,不僅要教育學生,老師自己也要做出榜樣。例如:當大家在班級大掃除中都干得有氣無力時，老師帶頭大干起來，揮如汗雨---用自己的實際行動來打動我們、鼓勵我們；再如：當大家在街上看

　　見殘疾人乞討而冷冰冰不予理睬時，老師上前去，用同情與憐憫的目光看他一眼，用手遞上一張大鈔---用自己的行動去感化學生心靈中的角落，教育他們成為一個真善美的好少年……

　　現(xiàn)在，不少教師經(jīng)常體罰或破口大罵一些犯錯誤及成績不太好的同學。看到身邊發(fā)生的一個個典型事例，我十分痛心，并堅決反對這種做法。我認為，真正的教育不是對學生體罰或破口大罵，這是一種能深深刺痛孩童們的心的做法。遭受了這樣“待遇”的同學們，不僅會心情愈來愈低落，對學習的興趣也會越來越低……這種狀況發(fā)展到最后，就會對這些莘莘學子們---甚至是祖國的.未來---產(chǎn)生不良的影響。所以，我認為，一個好老師在學生成績不好或犯錯的時候，應該親切地去鼓勵他，指出他的錯誤在哪，接著，以足夠的耐心，幫助他改正錯誤---而不是以體罰或破口大罵的方式。長此以來，學生不僅提高了自信心，還提高了成績---真是一舉兩得啊！

　　hello! my dear friends !do you like reading books? i guess all of you will say yes. am i right? thanks to books, we have got a lot of knowledge. on the other hand, tv is another way of getting knowledge. i still remember: last year, i watched an exciting speech on tv. it was given by american president obama, i could feel his great charm. i admire him. yeah, at that time i made a decision: i try to learn english well and some day i can have a talk with him. however, it’s a pity that my english is not so perfect. what can i do? how can i do it? ah, so much to learn. don’ t lose heart! just do it! i say to myself aloud. if you set up your mind to learn it, you will get much knowledge. i am sure you will achieve your goal.
